Delivery Policy

Cafe De Laila is a delivery-only cloud kitchen. We do not offer dine-in or takeaway at this time.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within 5 km of our kitchen in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. If you are not sure whether we reach your address, call us on +91 93 5507 5507 before ordering.

2. Delivery hours

We take orders from 2 PM to 2 AM, every day.

3. Delivery time

• Most orders reach you in about 30–45 minutes.
• It may take longer at busy times, during heavy rain or traffic, or for large orders. We will call you if there is a long delay.

4. Delivery charge

A small delivery charge applies to every order. It is shown in your bill before you pay.

5. Who delivers

Orders are delivered by our trusted local delivery partner. Your name, phone number and address are shared with them only to deliver your order.

6. Receiving your order

• Please give a complete address with a landmark, and keep your phone reachable.
• If the delivery partner cannot reach you or find the address, the order may be returned and no refund will be given.
• Please check your order on arrival. Report any wrong or missing item within 30 minutes, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
